This Terms of Service (TOS) Agreement (“Agreement”) shall constitute a binding contractual agreement between HostPride Network (“HostPride”, “We”, or “Us”), and the individual or legal person (“You”) that creates an account with HostPride. Client agrees to be bound by all agreements found herein, for as long as your account remains active.
Money Back Guarantees
Depending on the domain name extension you registered. Some domain extensions have four days of Money Back Grace Period. Some domain extensions have zero days and some do not have any Money Back Grace Period. You will need to contact us via client area support ticket system and we will provide you with the up-to-date Money Back information for a specific domain name extension. If you made a mistake in your domain name registration, you should contact us immediately to check whether we can cancel the domain for you. A domain renewal cannot be refunded.
We offer our clients a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for all SSL certificate orders. However, please note that we do not guarantee the refund when the Certificate Authority revokes SSL certificate for some reasons like man-in-the-middle attack or fake documents provided within verification.
We do not have any Money Back Guarantee for SiteLock orders. All sales are final.

Business and Enterprise Email
We offer our clients a 30-day Money Back Guarantee back for all Business Email plans and Enterprise Email plans.
All orders placed through our client area portal are passed through an automatic fraud check system. Although the products are typically set up in a timely fashion upon receipt of payment, if our fraud check system scores your order as potentially dangerous, we may need you to prove your identity. You are not obliged to provide us additional personal information and you can request to cancel the order.

Account and Service Setup
Due to the nature of spam registrations and fraud orders, we do not instantly provision your first-time orders until we manually check through the details. So kindly be patient. Existing customers will have their orders provisioned automatically.
Account and Service Suspension
HostPride reserves the rights to suspend any accounts or services if there is a breach of TOS.
Account and Service Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your account/service, kindly submit a ticket to our Account department. We will handle your request accordingly.
If a client creates a PayPal subscription to pay for his or her service(s) with HostPride, the client is responsible for canceling that subscription when he or she wishes to terminate their service with HostPride. HostPride has no rights to cancel your PayPal subscriptions on behalf of you. HostPride will not be responsible for handling or refunding any transactions that take place after the client has cancelled his or her service in the event that the client fails to cancel the related PayPal subscription.
PayPal Disputes or Chargebacks
We value your corporations if you communicate with us before initiating any PayPal disputes or chargebacks. Filing PayPal disputes or chargebacks will cause a penalty to HostPride, therefore we can only suspend/terminate your account without any prior notice as it resulted in a breach of our TOS.
Raising a billing dispute with our payment processors or charging back a payment made to HostPride will result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the rights to immediately terminate all services without refund in such instances.
Payment and Failure of Payment
HostPride clients are advised to make payment on time. Each month, for each service, clients will receive an invoice 14 days before the due date, this follows with a reminder 7 days before due date. Overdue payment reminders are sent out 1 day, 3 days and 5 days after the due date. If no payments are received, on the 14th day your due amount will be added an additional 10% late fee. Your account will be suspended on the 21st day and terminated on the 30th day. HostPride will not be responsible for any data loss due to termination in such circumstance.
HostPride support team is only responsible for our product related issues. We do, however, happy to provide “best effort” support as a courtesy service if clients request help with third party software/script troubleshooting. You are fully responsible for the operations of your websites, scripts and/or software. We may charge an additional fee if extensive support is requested for third party software/script. HostPride shall not be liable if there are any damages caused during the process of troubleshooting third party software/script. Hence, it is best to seek support from the relevant developers.
Harassment and Abuse
While HostPride support team is responsible for providing support dedicatedly to clients, this does not mean clients can abuse the functionality of our support team. Please note tickets are processed in the order in which they are received so do not create multiple tickets for the same incident. We only offer support in English and require it be used to communicate with our staff. We will not tolerate any abusive language in any form of contact with our staff including, but not limited to, emails and ticket support system. Such behaviour will result in a warning, followed by suspension and termination if the warning is not heeded.
We make no representation that the domain name you wish to register is capable of being registered by or for you or that it will be registered in your name. You should not assume registration of your requested domain name(s) until you have been notified that it has been registered.
The registration and use of your domain name are subject to the terms and conditions of use applied by the relevant naming authority. Take, for example, ICANN in the case of .com/.net/.org. You shall ensure that you are aware of those terms and conditions and that you comply with them. You shall have no right to bring any claim against us in respect of refusal to register a domain name.
We shall have no liability in respect of the use by you of any domain name; any dispute between you and any other person must be resolved between the parties concerned in such dispute. If any such dispute arises, we shall be entitled, at our discretion and without giving any reason, to withhold, suspend or cancel the domain name. We shall also be entitled to make representations to the relevant naming authority but will not be obliged to take part in any such dispute. We shall not release any domain to another provider unless full payment for that domain has been received by us.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HostPride, HostPride’s affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, obligations, losses, damages, penalties, fines, punitive damages, amounts in interest, expenses and disbursements of any kind and nature whatsoever (including reasonable attorneys fees) brought by a third party under any theory of legal liability arising out of or related to the actual or alleged use of Customer’s services in violation of applicable law or the TOS by customer or any person using customer’s log on information, regardless of whether such person has been authorised to use the services by customer.
Disclaimer of Warranties
HOSTPRIDE DOES NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW HOSTPRIDE DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS.
Limitation of Damages
NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, OR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, OR FOR DAMAGES THAT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED BY THE USE OF REASONABLE DILIGENCE, ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE AGREEMENT, EVEN IF THE PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OR SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING ELSE IN THE AGREEMENT TO THE CONTRARY, THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF HOSTPRIDE AND ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR AFFILIATES, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LAW (INCLUDING BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, AND INFRINGEMENT) SHALL BE A PAYMENT OF MONEY NOT TO EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAYABLE BY CUSTOMER FOR THREE MONTHS OF SERVICE.
Disclosure to Law Enforcement
HostPride reserves the rights to disclose your personal information to law enforcement agencies upon request.

Anything that is not explicitly mentioned in this TOS is subject to interpretation at HostPride’s sole and absolute discretion.
Any threat of legal action against HostPride will result in immediate account and service termination without refund.
Changes to HostPride Terms of Service
We reserve the rights to revise our TOS at any time without notice. It is your responsibilities to check the TOS from time to time.
